4、30天内发布3个视频

其实还有隐藏规则。
1、太多人申请就会直接拒绝。找一个人少的时间申请，概率会高一点。据外国油管博主说，成功率很低。
2、账号不在风控列表中。比如出现黑屏，无法点赞都说明账号进入了tiktok的封控列表。
3、账号满30天，且内没有违规。被tiktok系统标定为低质号、搬运号、协议批量号、刷粉号等。
